Former Army Military Police and Senior Staff Sergeant Drew Peterson has been held on $20 Million bail for the alleged murder of his third wife Kathleen. “Kitty’s” death was originally ruled an accidental bathtub death (sound familiar?). He has been in solitary confinement now for over 1000 days. The trial is again on hold indefinitely as the prosecution seeks more hearsay evidence. The prosecution verifies it needs more hearsay because they have no real evidence.

Dr. Dan is encouraged that John Stamos is being considered to play Rob Lowe in the upcoming theater movie, “DREW”, based on, “Analyzing Monsters” because, “Stamos looks more like Rob Lowe than Drew Peterson ever will even with tons of makeup”.

Few seem interested in the least that the Drew Peterson Family may be innocent until proven guilty by a jury. Dr. Dan mused further that, “John Stamos, Cynthia Gibbs, David Faustino and Ben Gazzara (deceased last week) should all be asked to weigh in because they acted in “Fatal Vow’s” first and it was a much better movie!” “Fatal Vows” is based on the true story of Alexandra O’Hara. Alexandra became infatuated with an undercover cop’s tall tales and lies. True to a Lifetime script – after they enjoy an elaborate wedding, Nick Pagan (Stamos) turns out to be a serial killer who even murdered some of his own family members. Nick is forced to go on a killing spree because Cynthia Gibbs as Alexandra discovers his true identity and is silly enough to confront her now devil husband. Big Daddy Pagan (Ben Gazzara) slips Alexandra a gun as she is in the hospital again because of Stamos’s latest beating. The disinterested and incompetent cops finally show up in a final hospital scene as Nick is looking down the barrel of Alexandra’s gun. The cops shoot the heck out of Stamos. As he writhers in pain and dies, Alexandra slips her gun back under her pillow escaping a trial that surely would have put her away forever.

There are too many real victims of domestic abuse and family murder. Anything that brings a face or personality to this world epidemic is OK in Dr. Dan’s book, “If Kathleen or Stacy Peterson were murdered I hope they receive justice as well as the millions of “Death By Most Trusted” or “Tub” murders that will surely continue to follow. We have not seen our last celebrity tragedy death by drugs and alcohol or the hundreds of impaired Physicians who will suffer much more quiet but similar deaths in between these celebrity and media events.

It was only a matter of time that, “The Drew Peterson Story” would appear on the little screen. The Lifetime Network follows A&E’s “Drew Peterson Biography” in filming the TV version of the Drew Peterson Saga. The newest Peterson book, “Analyzing Monsters – Family Cures; The Drew Peterson Saga” served as a reference in the Biography.

Rob Lowe will play Drew Peterson and is a dead ringer for Peterson’s internalized self-image.  The casting of Kaley Cuoco “The Big Bang Theory” as Stacy Peterson will match the public and media perception more than Rob Lowe ever will as Drew Peterson. Drew Peterson has been incarcerated for nearly two years now in the Will County jail without benefit of trial and remains innocent. Innocent that is according to our criminal justice theory but certainly not our public or media theory.

Prosecuting District Attorney James Glasgow has been trying to throw out the “Drew Peterson Hearsay Law” monster he created to convict Peterson in the “dry bathtub drowning” of Peterson third wife Kathy Savio. It seems a lesser-known existing law may allow more hearsay and conjecture he feels is necessary to get a jury to convict Peterson without any real evidence to date.

Peterson and his Attorney Joel “Brainy” Brodsky confirmed for the media that Drew Peterson actually wished Denzel Washington would play him rather than Rob Lowe. Grandpa Munster (Al Lewis) was the Peterson pick for Prosecutor Glasgow. Rumor has it that Denzel is already considering playing the Peterson celebrity shrink for the big screen version.

In any event former Bolingbrook reporter Joseph Hosey should get the last laugh for now as his TV screen portrayal is sure to provide the final media and public “evidence” necessary to convict the former military and law enforcement sergeant.

Lights! Camera! Rehab? July 2011 throughout 2012 will mark the humble beginning of a new TV show about, “life as rehab” according to producer Chandler Foster of Stamford, Connecticut and host “Dr. Dan” Budenz of Clermont, Florida.

The first shows (pilots) will be filmed on location in the Madison Wisconsin area. The equestrian center that served as the luxury rehab theme for Online Rehab Clinic (ORC) will now provide the dramatic and stunning backdrop for the new TV show currently titled, “Dr. Dan andFriends”. The center really was a state approved mental health andaddictions outpatient clinic for a decade.

“I am a friend of Bill W” is often used as a covert phrase to signal their involvement in 12-step recovery. “I am a friend of Dr. Dan” may grow some day to covertly signal a history of rehab participation as well.

“No one is perfect. Everyone needs a little help or rehab along the way,” emphasizes Dr. Dan. “Unfortunately, most people including those whose life depends on it will never enter a traditional, luxury or online rehab program. Therefore everyone ends up unknowing in their own self designed habilitation or rehab program”. Philosophically speaking, everything is rehab. “Our TV shows hope to provide family health, safety and wealth building secrets as well as rehab secrets that can enhancethe success of most individuals and families” confirmed Chandler Foster.

The title of the first episode will focus on denial and “The Best Things in Life are not Things – Family Recovery!” Everything on the show is intended to be examples of lasting recovery and serenity. The opening theme (music can be therapeutic) was planned to be “Vehicle” by the Ides of March and ending theme, “Eye Of the Tiger” by Survivor. Dr. Dan’s former high school and early college classmate – Jim Peterick, wrote both songs. Jim provided vocals and lead guitar in the recording of “Vehicle” and keyboards in “Eye of the Tiger”. Other accomplished songwriters like Terrence Allen and Canadian Rock and Opera Star Stephan Carse have committed to provide songs for the theme and possibly DVD’s for what Dr. Dan envisions as “Rehab Rock”, “Rehab Rap”, Rehab Opera etc. At the time of filming Dr. Dan teamed up with songwriter Terrance Allen and co-wrote the soon to be released, “Dr. Jaykoll – Mr. Hide” that was selected as the theme song. A Rehab Rock album is in the works as well. Steph Carse is expected to perform many of the studio cuts and is providing his song “That’s Life” for the album. Carse is also writing a new song for the album. Carse wrote and performed the theme song for the Red Cross.

“The best things in life are spiritual, human and companion friends”, states Dr. Dan. “The entire Budenz and extended family counts friends not money. True wealth is found in family and friends not money.However, the show will deal with the three currencies introduced in the book, “Analyzing monsters – Family Cures”. SMART JURY DISGUSTED WITH CRIMINAL JUSTICE

“Analyzing Monsters” included the James Bain case. Most freedom loving Americans who knew of the case were shocked that James Bain of Florida received only $1 million dollars compensation. The DNA evidence he had long begged for finally revealed beyond a doubt that he was innocent of the rape and murder of a nine-year-old boy. The new Florida Innocence Project freed him. The crime took place near here in Polk County. Baines was dragged out of his home in the middle of the night and spent almost a full lifetime – 35 years behind bars.

In the year since, the citizens of Germany welcomed and embraced Bain fully as the memory of their countries atrocities against others a generation ago was still fresh enough in their minds that it should never happen again – anywhere.

Today a very smart and observant jury saw through the tricks and cover ups it took to set up, falsely accuse and then commit the “Your” family to the punishment factory. The ‘modern’ assembly line manufacture of innocent citizens and families into criminals has become commonplace. The system is disjointed, sloppy and there is little oversight, apology or fix for the ongoing ‘mistakes’. The “Your” family was awarded $1 Billion in compensation for the very long, very wrong and very expensive set up and false charges piled on top of them for years. In addition to the impressive billion dollar settlement, the jury instructed the Judge to review the dozens of “witnesses” who completely lied, left out their wrongdoing or exaggerated the wrong done to them by the “Your” family. The smart jury ordered that the ‘helping’ or ‘wronged’ individuals be prosecuted for their criminal testimony and action.

This Billion Dollar Case of course has not happened yet. However, the “Your” family in my scenario just may be your family someday. Again, the line has been crossed. Too many innocents, non violent mentally ill, citizens with medical problems including substance and behavioral addictions, adult fetal alcohol/chemical syndrome and a good representation of political and sport ‘targeted’ citizens and their family members have been burned and abused by the ‘system’.  The purposeful exaggerated or false testimony to convict a citizen is out of control. The media relishes all the drama and often fails to verify the innuendos and hearsay. Through “Analyzing Monsters”, Online Rehab Clinic (ORC), my speaking and advocacy activity and organizations like Global Information Network GIN I am spreading the word on Safety Building.

In organizations like GIN I feel members would benefit from Safety Building as well as their highly promoted Health and Wealth Building. It would be fantastic if members knew there was a team of safety experts who could intervene before one is formally accused of a crime or committed to a reputation, life and cash draining ‘trial’.

Other states may qualify as well but it appears to me that Illinois and Wisconsin seem to lead in the false accusation, over prosecution and wholesale lock up of known innocents. These innocents are joined by non violent mentally ill, citizens with medical problems including substance and behavioral addictions, adult fetal alcohol/chemical syndrome and a good representation of political and sport ‘targeted’ citizens and their family members.

There is a growing interest and wish of many innocents in both states to file suit (family style as opposed to class action) against the states in order to recoup some of their losses. The losses of course include not just the money but Physical, Mental and Spiritual (PMS) losses.

Once a trusting, caring and freedom-loving citizen is subjected to wrongful, unjust and unending prosecution, they are never the same. A crime committed by the state or government upon a citizen is a hundred times more hurtful to that citizen than if it had come from a street thug or criminal.

A growing and disturbing prosecutorial tactic is to use highly suspect testimony and even disturbed, dishonest and criminal testimony to provide a platform to target an innocent citizen. Once targeted, no other scenarios prevail. The open intent to destroy whole families in the quest to manufacture criminals out of the innocent, ill or overly accused has become commonplace. Many States also have a remarkably high tolerance for dirty DA’s, ADA’s and participating court personnel. Most involved attorneys understand the game and benefit as well.

Meanwhile, Financial Institutions and banksters openly practice financial theft and malpractice on every corner of every large or small town. I contend they take more from (especially young and seniors) individuals and families in one afternoon than all the thieves have ever taken from banks and financial institutions throughout modern times. My wife and I were successful yesterday in reducing our credit card rate from 30% to 15%. Most loan sharks in Capone’s time would be extremely impressed with these rates now being ‘legal’.

Citizens are subliminally irate. Adding to the probability of an eventual Billion Dollar award are plea deals. The plea system use to be a good tactic to help reduce the backlog of real criminal cases coming to trial. Today it is used more often to convict innocents and non-violent medically or mentally ill non-criminals. The threat of conviction of these bogus ‘crimes’ together with the risk of serving more time if convicted, most smart innocents take a false guilty plea. They know they are innocent but to avoid an insanely costly defense they are forced to ‘admit’ guilt.

The troubled ‘modern’ judicial and corrections system today has a life of its own. Our terrible economy, unemployment and ‘modern’ systems will insure the lock up of more and more innocents. Seven states have Innocence Projects or Programs now. I predict all states will have them soon. However, remember these programs focus on the long term convicted that can be freed from DNA evidence. There is nothing viable yet to reach out and help the newly accused innocents. I believe innocents will begin receiving monetary rewards especially from the obvious long-term set ups and the growth of the smart jury. The jury award of a billion dollars may become real way into the future or could be right around the corner as citizens awaken through safety building “they don’t want you to know”.

For all Americans and world citizens for that matter, who long for freedom, equality and compassionate justice, there is a new club just for you. For those who long to live a millionaire or billionaire lifestyle, this new club desperately wants to make you rich or richer. For those of you who want to “Walk like an Egyptian” against your bloated and carnivorous King Government, failed ‘modern’ systems, corrupt politicians, and greedy Banksters who pirate your meager savings every day on every corner rejoice. Global Information Network (GIN) is a 1000% positive thinking club whose members constantly validate each other as champions and harbor little doubt they will become millionaires and billionaires.

The weird thing is, unlike most wealthy secret societies and good old capitalism in general, this club and every member in it wants to help you to think and act positive in order to become rich too. They even publish (DVD’s) their secret recipes for doing so!  There are a billion ways to become a millionaire and a million more to become a billionaire.  What if it was simplified so that there was at least one way ordinary people could do it together and immediately experience the lifestyle of the rich and famous?

I was as skeptical as I know you are in reading the above. We all wish to have someone take us by the hand or just give us some of their damn money that they will never miss anyway. However, as a psychotherapy and medical model innovator, I know for a fact if someone did that to you, except for a brief honeymoon period, it would probably destroy you and the folks around you. It is much better to do it on your own. It is much more fun though if you have a boatload of people doing it with you.

That was the experience I enjoyed this past week. Yes there is the unmistakable Amway style multi level marketing rah, rah, rah type – sell, sell and sell and recruit most businesses employ these days but as I always do, I looked for the bigger picture. The bigger picture is this – with or without GIN the people I met are already millionaires and billionaires just for showing up. The real millionaires and billionaires also constantly mingled amongst the crowded ship of GIN members and guests. Many were GIN members but most were not identified or even identifiable to the untrained eye as the filthy rich. They were there to learn and perhaps help others along the way as well. You see that is the nature of the millionaires and billionaires I have known and even treated. Like my corporate motto, “We are one family”, there really is no difference between the poor and rich except fate influenced choice. GIN claims anyone anywhere in the world can become a millionaire or billionaire. The word “easy” probably wants to come out but won’t.  The use of the word “easy” in a weight loss program by one of the founders brought King Government to his doorstep seeking to lock him up and take all his money. King Government is good at that. Whenever a speaker addressed King Government with a swear word or hand gesture the crowd erupted. I like this GIN group because they seem devoted to maintaining the constitution, compassionate capitalism, and true freedom of a government for, by and of the people. However, little politics were discussed and no political party or candidates were ever mentioned. Seems like most just want to enjoy their dreams now and practice delayed gratification to help others in the process.

Upon invitation of a GIN member one can join even for free as an affiliate. Dues paying members pay $1000 to join and $150 per month to enjoy all the free information, free workshops and reduced fare at quarterly events like our Bahamas cruse. GIN affiliates who paid nothing as well as dues paying members can both earn Multi Level Marketing (MLM) residual income of their dues paying invited members. One caution here, like all MLM’s there are catches. Page three of the web site once you join presents a complicated reimbursement scale. The bottom line from my investigation is that you will receive nothing, nada and nyet unless you add a dues paying member under you that month. This hardly fazes those motivated MLM workers. They are prepared to work hard for their commissions.

Interesting fact, few GIN members and guests got off the ship at designated islands. They preferred instead to be mentored and entertained by the likes of the, Amazing Kreskin, Las Vegas Legend Hypnotist, Marshall Sylver, KT (Energy) Kevin Trudeau, Dr. C (Champion) Leonard Coldwell, Dr. Ted (Teddy) Morter, Ed Forman and others.  As stupendous as the speakers were, it was the star power of the GIN members that solidified for me the success of this club. Many were very accomplished and wealthy already. Many were losing all they had and seeking solace and miracles to stay solvent. Some were victims of our abusive ‘modern’ judicial and finance system. I have always put my earnings back into my profession so my personal financial joke has always been, “I am working on my 9^th million – I lost my first 8”.  Today’s economy and all the banksters among us all make the joke less funny.

As heroic or flawed as the 30 GIN founders might have been, I know the GIN members and affiliates have also changed them forever. The founders could have made a lot more money quicker and with a lot less personal risk but they chose to truly help others. Much of the same could be said of our founding fathers.

I plan to defy gravity as I state in, “Analyzing Monsters – Family Cures” and continue the quest to rehab all our ‘modern’ systems. GIN like Rehab doesn’t make it ‘easy’ but certainly makes it ‘easier’. I certainly hope King Government allows my use of the word ‘easier’. Like my many Rehab programs and services, I am pushing GIN to incorporate Safety Building in their proclaimed Health and Wealth Building efforts. I envision GIN, like my rehab will eventually claim they are, “Life Saving Health, Safety and Wealth Builders. No one who truly understands the mission of GIN or Rehab gets hung up on the ‘how’ of Health, Safety or Wealth Building. The faculty and members aspire to teach the ‘why’ of Health, Safety and Wealth Building.

Since investigating GIN and associating with its founders, members and affiliates, I have experienced a stronger subconscious competency.  I continue to experience that non-GIN or Rehab associated people are speaking the frightened, excuse spewing and self-defeating gibberish I could never really understand or accept. I always found this gibberish hard to even listen to without at least a codependent effort on my part to share my ‘easier’ language. HEARSAY “DREW” LAW AND BANKSTERS PUT PETERSONS OUT OF BUSINESS?

As January 2011 comes to a close, Drew Peterson validates his relationship addiction history by racking up Judicial, lawyer and time relationships reflective of his numerous personal and marital life relationships. Third Judge Stephen White has drowned in a dry Hearsay “Drew” law and has gone missing from the case via retirement.

The fourth Will County Judge assigned the case has now consummated his judicial bond with Peterson. Peterson’s more recently acquired family, Will County Prosecutors are licking serious wounds for their twice failed (now considered ridiculous) gun barrel felony prosecution. An old prosecution trick is to convince the jury that their case is stronger because they have an already convicted felon on trial. Most jury’s never investigate if the prior conviction(s) are real or manufactured.

The prosecution also had to admit to delayed and serious withholding of critical information in the case. Meanwhile, Peterson romances his 19^th month in solitary confinement committed to a $20 million bail settlement. Despite his absolute isolation Peterson is widely acknowledged to have confessed his murders to another inmate.

Drew Peterson is still lusting for his first real jury trial someday after romancing a series of “mini” non-jury trysts. Peterson has now lost four attorneys but is fortunate to retain Brainy Brodsky. Attorney Joel Brodsky lost his talented and fascinating partner Reem Odeh but added “The Hammer” and “The Shark” to the list of Peterson attorney romances.

Prosecutor James Glasgow (Under fire with numerous missteps with other cases and false murder accusations of an innocent cop) is appealing Judge White’s refusal to allow more hearsay to his only defense to date – hearsay. Officer Stephen Peterson (Second born of the Drew Peterson six) is raising the four youngest Peterson children. He is on paid leave while the police union attempts to defend against the third attempt to cut off the family’s source of income and support for Drew Peterson. Police brotherhood working in tandem like this is referred to as “piggy backing”. It goes on all the time against mostly poor or politically targeted citizens. In any event, it helps win prosecutors and bankster like police healthier salaries, benefits and “community awards”.

Third son Thomas Peterson is now an adult. Is he like Drew? Thomas is first in his class; vice president of his schools National Honor Society (4.7 average out of 5), orchestra standout and not allowing anyone to speak for him anymore. He is petitioning to remove his name from a family civil suit naming him as a defendant because relatives he never really knew are convinced his father is a murderer. Thomas was almost 15 when Stacy went missing and, is “1000% convinced his father is innocent and was with his father the whole weekend (his) mother was said to have been murdered”. The two more credible witnesses to date in the murder trial remain older brother Stephen who was a cop and staying in the family home with his girlfriend that weekend and of course main alibi Stacy (Now missing and assumed dead by the media and public) who testified she was with Drew Peterson the whole weekend.

“THE MOST SCRUTINIZED EVENT OF OUR LIFETIME” – DR. PHIL

As overwhelming, “The Drew Peterson Saga” is from a relationship, media, judicial, psychological and fiscal impact, it does present concerns for the expanded picture. The more I analyze the Drew Peterson Family Saga, the more convinced I am that, except for the major media focus, one wife (Kathleen) drowned in a tub and the fourth (Stacy) missing, it appears business as usual for our highly stressed or dysfunctional American families. I feel this is especially true of Law Enforcement and Military ones.

In fairness, even the media hype, multiple marriages or couplings and dead/missing loved ones is not all that uncommon anymore. The use of the term “commonplace” increases if the dead or missing are translated to include:

1.“May as well be dead or missing for as often as I see them” or

2. As I share in “Analyzing Monsters”, the clinical awareness that most people under extreme self or external stress morph into what I call the “walking dead”. They appear normal and even happy at times but in truth are just aimlessly drifting through the remainder of their short life without passion, belly laughs or even a few fun goals to aim for once in a while.

3. Too many parents/relatives are locked up in isolation already.  They may not be in overflowing Midwest jails but most definitely are incarcerated in the jail and isolation of addictions and family dysfunction. Legal drugs like alcohol, nicotine, prescription, caffeine, over the counter Pharma, huffables and designers become our harassing family jailers. Non-Legal drugs; cannabis, cocaine, heroin, LSD, mescaline, methamphetamines, fentanyl and all the other uppers, downers, all arounders help to keep our families secluded in the deep recesses of the torture chambers. The Peterson Saga involves many toxic situations that insured this event would go ballistic.

Overall, with the exception of the aforementioned, the current epidemics assaulting families today are: 1. Substance, food, thought and behavioral addictions. 2. King government relentlessly screwing its loyal subjects, 3. Banksters stealing more from citizens in one afternoon than all the thieves and bank robbers throughout modern history have managed to take from them, 4. The thousands of innocents, medically and mentally ill manufactured criminals harassed and/or imprisoned families, 5. Relentless opinion media events and distortions constantly bombard us, 6. Unnecessary murder and harm by our modern medical systems, and last but not least, 7. Needless fiscal destruction of families due to ruthless banking, accounting and collection systems etc.

My conclusion In “Analyzing Monsters” remains – these systems need immediate rehab and long term follow up and extended care. The term Banksters once applied to the true criminals operating within our financial sectors but now I also apply the term to those that knowingly assault families and small businesses to take their properties and their wealth, achieve 15 minutes of fame or defer their own true guilt and fear of prosecution. Real criminals (Banksters) love to get huge salaries and bonuses off the theft of their common marks (usually younger or senior customers and their businesses). Banksters can apply as well to any field of professionals taking advantage of citizens and their families and businesses not just in the financial arena. Used car salesmen and classic government impaired personnel are relieved. Being hated far less than banksters for a change is refreshing.

The Peterson family continues their uphill battle with Chase Bank to access a blocked $250,000 line of credit for their Bolingbrook home. Again, looking beyond the Petersons, Banksters often rush to approve and retain CD’s at super low rates these days but just as quickly wipe out entirely or raise interest to the max even with overly secured lines of credit. The regulators and Government in general are very aware of this psycho bankster behavior but chose to dispose of billions of citizens and small business savings in order to preserve the big banks and smaller ones that will eventually be absorbed by the big player Banksters. These purposeful actions will result in an unending domino effect of unnecessary foreclosures and bankruptcies for millions more citizens, their family and of course small businesses. There may remain six banks in a small town of 2000 people but the majority will probably increase their government protected Bankster tactics keeping the bankruptcy epidemic and worsening economy alive.

In the judicial system, Banksters fabricate stories (usually self projections) designed to ‘help’ convict political, wrongly or overly accused target families.  This rampant criminal behavior to catch or manufacture a citizen criminal (Bankster) needs reversal of prosecution and victim retribution in order to ever establish true justice. Many Bankster District Attorneys, Assistant DA’s, staff, attorneys and politicians etc. playing in these arenas should be looking at jail time and fiscal payback themselves.

In Wisconsin we have a recently “retired’ DA who kept his healthy benefits and avoided prosecution after assaulting (Seeking sex thru text – sexting and threatening to let their abusers free to beat on them more if he didn’t get some) victims of domestic abuse. He also was forced to resign as Chairman of the State of Wisconsin victim’s compensation board. His Bankster Attorney’s defense, “there are far worse abusive DA’s and ADA’s in Wisconsin that have not been prosecuted for their criminal behaviors”. It worked because he was absolutely correct! Google DA Ken Kratz and ADA Paul Humphrey also exposed in “Analyzing Monsters”.

Seven states have innocence projects already. In the Financial industry Banksters false fee and fine, penalty pile, rush to default, drain assets, establish loan shark credit traps (30% plus interest), impose ridiculous forbearance agreements, ignite litigation and trigger inflated lawyer fees as well as destroy families needlessly in order to take assets and properties (profits) and enjoy healthy bailouts, write offs and protection awards from King Banksters (Government).
