Kurt Schlicht is a gigantic man with an even bigger heart. “I hear what the voters think and want every day in my businesses” confides Kurt. “Most people don’t know that a career politician after four terms continues to drain the taxpayer with lifetime salary and benefits like career politician Ron Erpenbach.”

Kurt is running for Wisconsin State Senator against Democratic incumbent Jon Erpenbach. “I would eliminate the career politicians like Erpenbach by limiting their terms of office and doing away with permanent salary and benefits once the term has ended. We don’t need career politicians”, exclaims Kurt. Erica, Kurt’s exuberant wife is a very talented nurse serving one of my favorite past Hospitals to practice in –  Meriter. Erica is also the campaign treasurer.  Equally impressive and extremely pleasant were Kurt’s Finance Director Romona Warden and Campaign Manager Katie Mccallum.

Kurt seemed most open to developing sustainable industries in district 27 (Green County and a good chunk of Dane County including Verona, Cross Plains, Belleville, Paoli, Mount Horeb etc.) as well as real job development.  We discussed Germany’s leadership role and prosperity in the solar, wind and dry fermentation industries. “Why couldn’t we develop a geothermal energy industry here in Wisconsin”, Kurt agreed and noted, “We are floating on superheated magma”.

Badgers dig into the side of hills for temperature control and we could go farther underground for a low cost sustainable energy industry with plenty of jobs. Kurt is also Badger like in his strength and tenacity. Even when his own life was on the line, Kurt recognized his need for rehab and fought a ridiculous waiting list in one of my former traditional inpatient programs and was admitted despite all the odds against him. I have no doubt he will fight every bit as hard for all the citizens of Wisconsin not only the lucky ones living in District 27.  Too many citizens and their families lack the survival skills and ‘never give up’ athletic ability so much a part of Kurt. He will need it as well as his spectacular staff and friends to fight the current health, financial, judicial and governmental blockades. Defeating Erpenbach is just job one. Too many die from the failings of these monstrous systems. The modern systems don’t have a clue as to helping families plagued by our nations number one terrorist – treatable illnesses like alcohol, drug and behavioral addictions. Thank goodness we have a candidate who does – Kurt Schlicht.

Drew Peterson is a convicted double wife killer according to the media and public opinion. They proved he drowned his third wife Kathleen in a dry bathtub and placed his 23-year-old fourth wife Stacy into a blue plastic barrel and disposed her corpse all around the Sag canal. For some time now Tiger Woods has been morphing from a self and other deceiving liar and addict into a fledgling member of the recovering community. BELLEVILLE –
The Village of Belleville is the Capitol of Wisconsin’s best-documented UFO sightings. The staff of American Family Institute and Budenz Medical Management Incorporated does not predict that the International Week of Sobriety and Serenity from January 5th through the 12th will reduce any UFO sightings in this picturesque rolling hill Village this year. In fact, Vice President Janice Budenz and Program and Finance Director Kim Klein both agree that this first year annual event will not affect sightings during the week. “Any time positive social change is presented to the media it usually does not make the headline news,” laments Janice. “There could be increased sightings due to having more sober people observing the skies during the week or increased drinking/drugging to rebel against the concept. A week of requested sobriety could trigger increased substance abuse of rebellious types that in itself could actually increase UFO sightings.”

In any event, “we will be monitoring any increase in UFO activity from January 5th through the 12th in determining the results if any the International Week of Sobriety and Serenity has had on UFO sightings or close encounters of the third or fourth kind.”

CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE FOURTH KIND

On January 16th 1987 Belleville Police officer Glen Kazmar reported lights in the sky and brought in Dane County Sheriff’s who witnessed the actual Alien Craft. They had its presence confirmed on Radar out of O’Hare airport in Chicago. Truax in Madison failed to Radar it. The Police and Sheriff’s observed the UFO for quite some time in Belleville and the Township of Montrose. Kazmar’s ride along passenger Jeff Furseth saw it as well. Furseth and a Farm couple Gregg and Jan Kahl saw earlier UFO’s in the area south of Paoli in Montrose Township weeks earlier. It is the eyewitness reports of Law Enforcement that gives Belleville the credibility as Capitol of UFO sightings. It is only one of over 100 Wisconsin UFO sightings. Perhaps we should apply my Tiger Woods assessment for Alcohol, Drug Abuse, Honesty and Extramarital or Extraterrestrial affairs to the Officers, Village and Town officials to insure true credibility. Perhaps their family members should do their own independent analysis.
A fall of 2010 Teen Comedy Movie titled “May Day” depicts Belleville as the entry point of an Alien space ship unloading Alien’s who come to vacation by transforming into a human in order to ‘participate’ (Close Encounter of the Fourth Kind) with humans. All profits will benefit Adolescent Creative Transitional Training (ACTT). The ACTT School is the entity that helped produce the film under the guidance of Hollywood Real Special Effect Legends Cliff and Carol Lynn Wenger. The Wengers provided effects for Burt Reynolds Films like Smoky and the Bandit, Cannon Ball Run and The End. Beethoven, Thunder Run, Milo and Otis, Fight Club, Sand Lot and even props for Spider Man round out just a few of their credits.

Belleville Wisconsin is a gorgeous suburban German, Irish and French (Canadian) founded paradise stretching out to become South Mad City (Madison) Wisconsin. 700 acres were just annexed and sewer improvements installed to support the boom.
UFO Days are celebrated annually beginning on the Last Saturday of October every year. UFO Days open with an impressive parade that is highlighted by a slowly hovering UFO. Belleville’s UFO compliments Santa’s role in Macy’s Annual parade in New York City.

One year my wife Janice, Dog Teddy and I lead the UFO. We were Cast in the role of recently returned Alien captures still driving our 57 Chevy and wearing our era clothing. We held out a scribbled sign that asked, ”What year is it?” If the crowd gave the Calendar year say – 2004 we said, “No what year is the car?” If others guessed the car first -1957 – we said, “No what calendar year is it now?” Well, in comedians Andy Kaufman/Bob Zmuda style humor – we laughed at it!

I like to joke, “Belleville is Number One in UFO sightings (slight pause) but Belleville is also Number One in Beer and Brandy consumption.” I am sure the two are totally unrelated. The popular Dam Bar at the Park Hotel Apartments is the preferred watering hole for most especially UFO afadicios or annual parade viewers.

My wife does not appreciate my joke because she saw a UFO late one evening. We were packing for a trip to California. She shook me and said repeatedly, “Dan get up there is a UFO outside!” She was not able to wake me. She should have said, “One of the kids are sick!” I would have sprung to my feet. As a young underaged I lived in a dorm with over 100 fellow Seminarians, I am very picky about why I get up in the middle of the night. I can even ’converse’ in my sleep in order to try to get my rest. Needless to say Janice was the only one to see UFO’s in our Family that night. A MAJOR COVER UP SEEMS TO BE IN THE WORKS

The saying around here is “Florida is the New California”. I moved away from California years ago and on behalf of my fellow Floridians, “we strongly resemble those remarks!” 34-year-old golf superstar Tiger Woods sliced into a fire hydrant and created a hole in one – right into his Isleworth neighbors tree at 2:30am Orlando time.

Woods $100 million plus annual income will help him keep this incident the same as his huge Yacht’s name -“Private”.

Was his wife Elin at the crime scene because she heard the crash (all the way up the driveway inside their fortress of a home at 2:30am?) or did she crash the back window of his big Cadillac with a golf club during a domestic dispute that spilled outside? Windermere police report “Elin broke his back window in order to unlock the doors prior to pulling him to safety.”
Officers found him lying in the street. OK mechanics help me with this one – it’s a Cadillac not a VW Beetle right? Woods was unconscious and bleeding from his mouth and scratches on his face. The Florida Highway Patrol went to interview him but where reportedly turned away by Elin because according to Website TMZ, “he was sleeping.”

Earlier Website TMZ had reported scratches on Tiger’s face alleged to have occurred after a fight with Elin. TMZ suspects the cause of this domestic dispute is a suspected affair Tiger was involved in during the Australian Masters Tour on November 17th and his trip to China. The National Enquirer is fingering Rachel Uchitel as coming between the woods and their two children. She denies the allegations.

Is Elin being codependent and trying to keep the true facts of the car wreck private along with possible wreck number two – their relationship? In any event I wish the Woods all the best and hope they and our readers get real help for the real or implied wrecks that are sure to come in all our lives.

Dr. Drew Pinsky (Celebrity Rehab) recently exposed his stalker and wished for his alleged stalker, Charles William Pearson’s recovery. Erin Andrews, ESPN news commentator and affected stalker victim made known her feelings regarding her stalking ordeal. “You should reserve judgment until you know all the facts”. Andrews was triple victimized (as most affected persons are) when she was stalked and taped in her hotel room. Andrews could not believe the fallout that somehow blamed her for the stalking incident and that in some way she asked for it.

The nude taping was released all over the Internet. Andrews was summarily media and public opinion convicted of ‘provoking and enticing’ her stalker. This accounts for her second victimization, the first of course was the actual stalking and abuse. The third victimization is the considerable nightmare of dealing with the rumors, unresponsive courts and legal wrangling. Fortunately Erin Andrews had the fight, monies and connections to put off her stalker at least for the time being. Most victims of stalkers do not have the resources for even a temporary respite.
When that stalker is a family member or neighbor (Again usually a substance abuser as well) the chance for a successful clinical or legal intervention is made even more impossible. His fourth wife remains missing.

Victims – wait and you could die. Stalkers – don’t seek help and you might kill.
